Our Mission & Vision

The core mission at Victory Way Baptist Church is to know Christ and make Him known. This serves as the ultimate and unchanging purpose for the Church. This mission is the foundation of everything that we are and do and serves as the foundation for our individual, familial, and corporate lives as followers of Jesus Christ.

Our vision, our plan, is to strive to be a unified body of believers who daily seek to glorify God in our community through genuine worship, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach. Our Vision serves to answer the who, what, when, where, why, and how of Victory Way Baptist Church. The vision of Victory Way is our biblical "plan" to fulfill our mission, which is our biblical "purpose" as individuals, families, and a corporate body of believers in Christ.

The Four Pillars
(Individual, Familial, and Corporate)

Worship

We must be committed to heartfelt worship "in spirit and truth" (John 4:24)

Discipleship

We must be committed followers of Christ as "dear children" (Eph. 5:1)

Fellowship

We must commit ourselves to genuine fellowship through "doctrine, breaking of bread, and in prayers" (Acts 2:42)

Outreach

We must urgently and lovingly seek to intentionally be "fishers of men" in our community (Matt. 4:19)

Services & Times

With each of our services there are some variations of focus that help us to "grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" (2 Pet. 3:18).

Sunday School Sundays @ 9:30am Our Sunday School offers several classes for children, youth, and adults with a Biblical, heart-challenging, and Christ-honoring focus. Our Pastor teaches an adult class studying books of the Bible verse-by-verse with booklets for each section of the Biblical text to help members go deeper into their studies.
AM Worship Sundays @ 10:30am Our AM Worship Service consists of a blend of traditional and modern hymns that lift up the person and work of Jesus Christ our Lord with a time of fellowship and invitation.
PM Bible Study Sundays @ 6:30pm Sunday evening Bible study varies with different Biblical preaching, singing, praying and the occasional "Sunday Night Surprises" to bring a freshness to our time together. Also, Sunday evenings are used for New Members Classes and other discipleship geared small group teaching.
Mid-week Bible Study Wednesdays @ 6:30pm Wednesday night Bible study consists of an opening time for testimony of God's goodness in our life as we praise Him for who He is and all that He does. After a time of praise, we lift up prayer requests to Him, followed by an in-depth Bible study through a book of the Bible. We'll walk through verse-by-verse with booklets for each section to further our growth as we study God's Word.

Our Beliefs
Victory Way Baptist Church seeks to be a Christ-honoring, Bible-preaching, community-supporting local church. We believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, salvation in the finished work of Christ Jesus alone, and that the Bible is God's true and perfect Word, given to His people for revelation and instruction.
